NEET UG 2022 Official Answer Key

National Testing Agency, NTA is expected to release the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, NEET UG 2022 official answer key by 30 August 2022, and NEET results are expected to be out by 7th September 2022. The official answer key would be released on the official website of NEET neet.nta.nic.in. Along with the answer key, the NEET OMR sheet of candidates will also be released. Using the official answer key and OMR sheet, the candidates will be able to calculate their NEET scores before the official announcement of the NEET 2022 result. Medical aspirants will get an opportunity to raise their objections to the preliminary answer key. After that, the final answer key and result will be declared.

Approx 18 lakh students appeared for the NEET UG entrance examination this year for admission in MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BSMS, BUMS, BHMS, and other UG medical courses in approved and recognized Medical Colleges in India. With more than one month since the exam was held, NEET 2022 aspirants are waiting for the official answer key & OMR response sheet that will help them in self-calculation of their expected marks.

As per official notice of NTA, the Provisional Answer Keys, Scanned Images of OMR Answer Sheet and Recorded Responses for NEET (UG) – 2022 will be announced for candidates to challenge by 30th of August 2022.

Downloading NEET UG 2022 Official Answer Key & OMR

  • Visit the official website of NEETVisit the official website of NEET at neet.nta.nic.in and scroll down for the Candidate Activity block.
  • Click on NEET UG Answer Key 2022Look for the link that reads, “NEET UG Answer Key 2022,” given below on the homepage, and click on it.
  • Login with Your Application Number & PasswordEnter the login credentials and click on the sign in/submit button.
  • Download the Answer KeyYour NEET 2022 Answer Key (UG) will be displayed on the screen. Download the answer key and take a printout of it for future reference.
  • The candidates can challenge the answers by paying ₹200/- per Question for each (non-refundable).

Calculating NEET 2022 Marks

NEET Marks = (Number of Correct Answers x 4) – Number of Incorrect Answers
